Master personal trainer Gary Gresko provides customized programs for seniors in Monmouth County.

- Half hour and 45-minute workouts available
- One-on-one or buddy program
- Minimum 2x/week to obtain goal
- Variety of workout routines
- Program uses body weight exercises which minimizes the risk of injury
- Minimal equipment: Pull-up bar, Physio ball, TRX-type straps
